Nestled away in the woods, yet only minutes from I-75, is the vacation rental you have been waiting for. This lovely colonial style home sits on 2 acres, has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths and lots of amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Sit on the front porch in rocking chairs or enjoy a spacious screened in back porch as you listen to the sounds of life just off the grid.

Please do not park on the grass in the front of the house. Stay within the boundaries of the property. Quiet time is from 11pm-8am.
There is absolutely now smoking, vaping or drug use allowed on the property. If we detect smoke, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee.

The property is absolutely beautiful. It has a very large front yard. Nicely manicured landscaping. The interior of the home is beautifully renovated and very clean. The bathrooms were very clean and fresh. There were plenty of towels and new loofas on each bed. We enjoyed having drinks/coffee on the beautiful north facing front porch. Overall, one of the nicest VRBOs we've stayed in.

Wonderful experience. The farm with chickens and cows across the road was an added bonus for us. We are from a small country town and felt right at home. Yet it is only a couple minutes to town. So quiet and peaceful. If returning to Florida, will stay again

Simply Amazing!

What a great place, with a fantastic host. Upon arriving, the house was super clean, and the host left us some excellent treats and snacks as a welcome/ thank you gift. After a long trip, it was nice to be received with a warm, loving, clean home with snacks. I know the kids were thankful. :) The host was awesome. I had reported that the bunk bed rails were a bit loose and that if I had the tool, I would tighten it myself. By the very next morning, the host had dropped off the tool. They had offered to fix it, but I was fine doing it myself. Billiard table and arcade cabinet: My son and I had a ball with the in-house games. Playing Pac-man and Dig-dug with my son brought back some great memories of my childhood. Plus making new ones with my family. I was teaching my kids how to play billiard, which surprisingly they picked up on the skill fast and end up loving the game. In short, we were staying for the week to be with family. We were out for most of each day. But having such a beautiful place to come home to every evening was such a blessing. It literally felt like a home away from home.If you are traveling with family to spend some time in Gainesville, and want some peace and quiet, (as much as possible), I would recommend this lively place for sure. It’s a hidden gem and i’m definitely coming back.Big thanks to our amazing hosts. We look forward to our next stay. ;)

Convenient and perfect for our needs

Lovely place, perfect for two softball families who were down for a tournament. Convenient and comfortable. Our host communicated regularly to make sure we didn’t need anything. I feel certain she would have responded quickly if anything had been amiss.

It was a very nice and quiet location just mins outside of Gainesville. We stayed here to go to a football game and it was perfect! 15 mins away from the stadium. 15 mins away from celebration point. This was an ideal location!!!
