This gorgeous, house with lake view from livingroom, invite you to enjoy romantic evenings in a peacefully atmosfere relaxing on the massage chair, by the fireplace and 65inch TVs. You have the opportunity to stay in a sparkling clean cozy hause at an affordable price.
Back and relax in this calm, stylish space!

The home sits on top of a hill, which provides a nice elevated setting and privacy. Please note that because of this location, the driveway is somewhat steep, so guests should drive up slowly and carefully when arriving.

This is our second time at this property. It is well maintained and beautiful!!! Chris is very accessible and takes care of any issues right away. Our recent stay the air system went down and he had it replaced on a Saturday!!! That is customer service at its best!!! We will be back!!

An ideal home by the lake. Excellent view tranquil and spacious . Close enough to city in case you've forgotten anything. Near by stores and restaurants. Chris answered all of my questions and made us feel comfortable. Will be back in the summer. This home will not let anyone down. Lives up to it's expectations.

The lake view is in the front of the house and the chairs in the back need to be moved to the side of the house to take advantage of the view. I was disappointed sitting out back.

The host was very communicable and eager to address any issues that arose. Things break, it's gonna happen, and when the hot water heater went out on the first night, he immediately responded and had a technician come out and fix it immediately. So helpful and thankful for the good communication and quick response. There's also a lot to do (shops, restaurants ) nearby but secluded enough for peace and quiet.

Everything was great! The view was fantastic. We were a little intimidated to drive up the driveway, but would strongly consider going back to this very house! The host was great! Chris showed great hospitality and concern that we would have a good time.

Short stay in Gainesville

The property was clean, well decorated, spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal for us to visit family and access restaurants. We'll add this location to our favorites.

Peaceful Home

I was in the area for a conference. My friend ended up not getting to go and so I went alone. It was a very clean, peaceful home. Being alone, I never felt concerned. The owner provided access to the garage which was very nice. Just know, the driveway is VERY steep. If you have more than one car, you will need to utilize the garage for at least one vehicle to get turned around and back down. I was grateful for my cameras on my vehicle. Would highly recommend this home to stay in.
