Retro-Chic 4BR House w/ yard Downtown Gainesville

Our renovated mid-century modern home offers a vibrant, retro-chic retreat with original terrazzo floors and bold, artistic decor. Thoughtfully laid out for comfort and privacy, it comfortably accommodates 8-10 guests.

- Master Suite: Private sanctuary with a large, king-sized memory foam bed, vibrant yellow futon sofa (for additional seating or sleeping), TV, fireplace, and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

- Three Additional Bedrooms: Located on the opposite side of the home, these well-designed cozy bedrooms share a full bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combination.

- Living Room: Comfortable common space furnished with a large comfy sectional sofa and a Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or relaxation.

- Full Kitchen: Our well-stocked kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs, from preparing quick breakfasts to hosting family dinners.

- Outdoor Oasis: Huge private yard featuring a covered pergola outfitted with a comfortable couch area for afternoon shade or stargazing. A charcoal grill is available for guest use.

- Yard & parking: A huge outdoor space with plenty of off-street parking in the expanded driveway.

Guests will enjoy full, exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. This includes:

- All four bedrooms
- Both full bathrooms
- The fully equipped kitchen
- Spacious living room
- Private yard
- Covered pergola area

The only restricted area is the shed located in the backyard, which is locked for cleaners' supplies and storage.

I'm available if needed (plz text me in the app), but otherwise you won't see me. Our maintenance man, James, may be by at some point to do lawn maintenance.

We want to ensure there are no surprises at check-in regarding our unique original terrazzo floors. While we've done our best to restore them, please note:
- They exhibit visible staining in spots and a few small indentations from where carpets were previously stapled.
- These are natural signs of the floor's 70 years of use and history.
- We perform deep cleans and mop between every guest, so rest assured the floors are clean, even if some areas appear stained.
- A charcoal grill is available for your use; please remember to bring your own charcoal.
