Unico Lake Lanier Cottage ~ In acque profonde vicino a North GA Mountains !!

Questo accogliente cottage a 3 piani per famiglie nella parte settentrionale del Lago Lanier si trova a solo un'ora di auto dalla città di Atlanta ea pochi minuti dai North GA Outlets (molti negozi e ristoranti).

Con le sue meravigliose vedute avvolgenti sulla foresta e sul lago e un molo sull'acqua super profonda del lago, è il luogo ideale per creare ricordi speciali con amici e familiari!

Dormire / SISTEMAZIONE

Il cottage ha un totale di 2 camere da letto con letti queen size e una sala giochi al piano inferiore che è dotata di 2 letti a castello e potrebbe fungere da terza camera da letto - ideale per famiglie con bambini o dormire bene per adulti. C'è anche un divano letto al piano principale e il letto matrimoniale è abbastanza spazioso per un materasso ad aria extra queen size per dormire ulteriormente. Dispone di 3 bagni completi e può ospitare comodamente 8-10 persone.

POSIZIONE

La casa si trova tra due molto comodi parchi ricreativi del lago Lanier, ognuno con rampe di barche !! Nix Bridge a sud e Toto Creek a nord, a pochi minuti di distanza.
L'accesso rapido a GA 400 significa una breve passeggiata per lo shopping, i ristoranti e le attrazioni turistiche come Dahlonega, Amicalola Falls State Park, Tubing sul fiume Chestatee e Alpine Helen. Il Chestatee Golf Club è a pochi minuti e c'è molto altro da fare !!

La casa è immersa tra gli alberi con una vista sul lago da tutti e tre i livelli. Il molo è solo un minuto a piedi su un sentiero breve ma poco ripido con gradini panoramici e ringhiere a mano per rendere la passeggiata più confortevole. La ricompensa è un'acqua profonda straordinaria, che ti consente di immergerti direttamente. Il dock è dotato di sedie a sdraio e tavolino per la vostra convenienza. Un kayak è anche disponibile per l'uso.

C'è un parcheggio per 2 auto nella parte inferiore del vialetto e anche un parcheggio aggiuntivo sul lato opposto della strada dal vialetto.

Wonderful long weekend

We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. The rooms are charming, cozy and better than pictures show. Anita was extremely kind and accommodating. She was easy to contact when I had questions. We loved it and hope to come back.

Perfect

Perfect spot on Lake Lanier. Clean and homey. Had everything we needed. Dock was awesome, but the stairs to get down there were a bit of a workout, so probably not recommended for someone who has trouble with stairs. Otherwise, perfect.

What a Peaceful Getaway

We had a great time during our recent stay. The property is gorgeous and the views of the lake amazing. The surrounding area was very pretty as well and we saw a variety of wildlife including deer, foxes and chipmunks. We had five people in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The teens enjoyed foosball and the video game machine. The owner was very communicative and ultra-responsive to any inquiry. We arrived after dark and the driveway was a bit imposing (it is pretty steep), but after we dealt with it once, it was a breeze. Also of note, there are a fair number of stairs inside the house and down to the lake. It's a great walk down to the lake, but would not be easy for anyone with mobility restrictions. The surrounding area has everything you need as well. It is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and the outlets. Overall, the house was fantastic and we would stay again in a heartbeat. I cannot speak highly enough of the property and the host. They put us at ease for every step of the trip and helped make it a great stay!

Great Thanksgiving

My family absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. It was perfect!!! There was plenty to do in the surrounding area. The cabin was just as described and was in great shape. We cannot wait to go back and enjoy the lake. The owners were great and very responsive. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Amazing time

We had such a great time with our family, plus our family friends! We loved the cozy, quaint feel of the lake house with the cutest towns not far away. The rustic decor made it feel home! The house inckuded everything we needed and more!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect. Although it looks small when driving in but we had plenty of room to move around without being on top of one another. The decor was full of rustic charm which I loved. The walk down to the lake is a steep one but that’s all part of the deal with staying on the lake as far as I’m concerned. But it could be tricky for some. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which made cooking a joy. The screened in porch was my favourite spot for coffee every morning. The only thing I would say is that list of activities and places to rent boats and other lake toys would have been a helpful addition to the welcome book. A more comprehensive list of restaurants would have been good too. We found Papa’s Place on our last day and if we had know about it earlier we put would have gone everyday. So good! And not the usual chain you find on 400. All in all it worked out though Anita was very helpful when I rang her to ask some questions. I’d stay here again.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay, it was very peaceful. Would definitely recommend, awesome view. Except the stairs to get to the lake we’re definitely steep. But overall worth it.

Quaint cabin on the lake

Loved the atmosphere of this beautiful cabin. Enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the screened porch. Set up was adequate for our family of 6 adults and 3 small children.

Family lake getaway

We had an awesome stay! Kitchen was well-equipped and plenty of space for our family. As others have mentioned the path to the dock is steep with many steps but the the exercise was worth the reward to sit on the dock and reading. I do recommend parking up top since the driveway is steep.

My families annual beach vacation, was at lake Lanier this year, great choice..

A great little cabin, very rustic. A steep climb, but well worth the beautiful, and deep water dock at the bottom of the hill. The host was accessible and very easy to communicate with. A good value.

Great spring break getaway

Beautiful location on the lake, close to hiking, shopping, restaurants, and more. The house has all you will need to cook a good family meal and enjoy relaxing inside or out. Get your exercise in going down to the dock!

Lanier lake house

We enjoyed our time at this lake house. It was the perfect place to get away from the busy day to day. The location was ideal for us. The driveway was a bit treacherous, but there was parking on the street that we took advantage of. Unfortunately, the weather made it difficult for us to take advantage of the dock, but there was plenty in the house to keep us busy.

Perfect PreChristmas

We were here for parent’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. The lake house was a perfect location for travel to and from events. As a few have mentioned, the drive is steep but after a time or two of navigating, it really was not an issue. The house had a beautiful view and was wonderfully decorated. Was an extra treat to have the house decorated for Christmas and looked like something in a Hallmark movie, even had a lovely gift for us on the counter! The host had everything we could need with kitchen staples, if anything was forgotten. The beds were very comfortable and the towels and linens were of higher quality. The 17 and 20 year old niece and nephew loved the bunk room and the foosball and multivideo arcade machine. The four adults enjoyed the time visiting in front of the fire. It was a perfect long weekend get away!

Quick Christmas Getaway to Dahlonega

We really enjoyed our time at this cute, rustic cabin. The view of the lake is gorgeous! It was a short drive to Dahlonega, and not far at all from restaurants and stores. The kids LOVED the downstairs area with the bunk beds and game area. We were a little nervous about the driveway after seeing some of the reviews - it is steep - but it was easy to navigate with a backup camera. Anita was quick to respond and we appreciated the bag of goodies that she left for us. We had a great time!
