Happy Valley Hideaway is in the perfect location to experience the best of both relaxation and adventure. Just over a mile from the Chattahoochee Golf Club and only 15 minutes from Lake Lanier Olympic Park, you’ll have endless opportunities for outdoor fun. Want to explore the local scene? Downtown Gainesville Square, with its amazing shopping and dining options, is just a short drive away. Plus, with a grocery store less than a mile away, stocking up on essentials is a breeze.
**Spacious & Comfortable Living**
Your lake vacation begins with plenty of parking, including space for your boat under the 2-car covered carport. We do recommend backing down the driveway as the neighbor's fence is very close to the driveway. As you enter, prepare to be wowed by the stunning water views through custom windows that seamlessly bring the lake into the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. Step out onto the deck to enjoy a meal on the grill, or relax in the hammock for the perfect vacation nap.
The main floor features a master king bedroom with breathtaking water views, a smart TV, and direct access to the deck. The main floor bath is its own retreat, complete with a HUGE walk-in closet, dual sinks, and a spacious shower. The laundry area is conveniently located right in the here.
You’ll also find an additional bedroom with a king bed and smart TV on the main floor, making sure everyone has their own space to unwind.

**The Ultimate Family Space**
Downstairs, the ultimate family space awaits! With five beds in total, it’s the perfect hangout for the kids or anyone looking for extra room. This area also includes an additional fridge and dining area to keep all your snacks and drinks easily accessible. The smart TV on wheels means you can take the entertainment outside to the covered patio and enjoy a game while soaking up the fresh air.
The basement also boasts a gorgeous foyer, a bathroom with a shower, and a game room/lounge with a custom wet bar. Challenge the family to a fun foosball match, or kick back and relax with a book or some board games in this cozy, moody lounge space.
**Outdoor Fun & Lake Access**
The outdoor space at Happy Valley Hideaway is where the magic truly happens. With walk-out access from multiple rooms to the deck, you’ll be able to enjoy some of the best water views around. A short, easy walk leads to your private single-slip party dock, where you can spend the day kayaking or paddleboarding (we provide both for you to use!). After a day on the water, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stories under the stars.
We also have a boat stored at the house for your convenience. Let us know when booking if you need the boat slip (please note that boat rentals are separate from the house rental, with rates depending on availability).
**Additional Information**
- For your peace of mind, we have exterior cameras on the corners of the house and a Ring doorbell camera for security.
- While we love hosting family gatherings, please note that we are *NOT* a party house. Our neighborhood is made up of full-time residents, so we ask that you respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
- There is no fenced yard, so please keep your pets leashed when outside.
- Maximum of 4 cars allowed in the driveway; no parking on the street or grass.
