Podere Terrena 10 is a charming holiday home on a small agriturismo in a peaceful hillside setting, surrounded by forests, meadows and unspoiled nature. It offers sweeping views over the wooded hills of the Val d’Ambra and is perfect for families or friends looking to relax in the Tuscan countryside.



Located on the edge of the Chianti region, well-known towns and wineries such as Gaiole and Radda in Chianti are just a 30-minute drive away. The nearest supermarket, restaurants and cafés can be found in Mercatale Valdarno, around ten kilometres away. A wider selection is available in Bucine. Day trips to Arezzo, Siena, Florence and Cortona are easy to organise.

The two-storey stone house is set in a spacious, well-kept garden with flowering roses and terracotta pots. There is a dining terrace next to the house and another larger terrace by the pool, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors.



Inside, traditional Tuscan elements such as beamed ceilings and terracotta floors are combined with tasteful furnishings and selected antiques. The rooms are bright, comfortable and inviting.



The property also includes a separate annexe for two additional guests, with its own entrance. It features a living kitchen and a cosy lounge on the ground floor, and a bedroom upstairs. Ideal for those who value privacy and a touch of independence.



The friendly owners live in the rear part of the house with their dog and are happy to assist. Cooking classes or a private dinner service can be arranged on site.
