“Die Betten waren etwas hart”

“Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Aber als Bedienung mit tellergrossen Löchern in der Hose und einem Holzfällerhemd in einem 4-Sterne Hotel aufzutreten, ist nicht angebracht. ”

“Empfang war super schlecht und chaotisch. Service gleich Null…. Es gibt kein Frühstück im Hotel. Es konnte nicht Ma eine Rechnung ausgestellt werden. Telefonischer Kontakt mit dem Chef, bis heute (nach 9 Tagen) wurde keine Rechnung zugeschickt…. Telefonisch extrem unfreundlich und nur mit Ausreden. ”

“Die Unterkunft war ok aber keinesfalls 4 Sterne und auch nicht Hervorragend. Es wird nicht täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Eine Tiefgarage gibt es auch nicht. Alles in allem in Ordnung aber nicht wie beschrieben.”
