“Hotel nuovo e curato. La nostra camera era direttamente sul mare con una grande vetrata per guardare il mare direttamente dal letto. Wifi buono ma lento come ogni cosa ad Isabela.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this Bay View House  in the Galápagos Islands. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and nicely furnished, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Galápagos.”

“Personale molto gentile, colazione continentale molto buona (anche se con poca scelta). Eccellenti le pulizie, ma c'era un problema con gli scarichi del bagno (risaliva la puzza di fognature) e non hanno potuto risolvere. La wifi era solo nelle aree comuni, comunque funzionava abbastanza bene. Il vero problema era che la camera aveva una finestra sul corridoio aperto e la notte entrava la luce del corridoio e c'erano in continuazione rumori e schiamazzi degli altri ospiti o delle persone in...

“A great place to stay... although it is indeed a hotel, it felt more like a b+b. Neri took good care of us and made excellent breakfasts every morning, served early when needed so that we could participate in tours. Great location and a wonderful place to stay.”

“After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. Let me be clear, the AC did not work AT ALL and when we returned it was hotter in the room than outside at 9pm. Couldn't open the windows or doors because the of the mosquitoes.
