Vacanze Galateo

Great place

We were so excited to stay at this condo until we walked in it smelled like toxic mold the longer we were in side our throats started burning and you could see water damage on top of that no runn

Beautiful

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and Dubraska did her best to help us. The issue was about the rooms. We were first assigned a room where the fridge didn’t work. A technician was supposed to fix it but it never happened. Then, we were offered to use the fridge in another room, which was very uncomfortable. Then we were offered another room to change. We moved all our belongings to that room to find out that A/C was broken, it didn’t cool at all. Faucet didn’t have a spray for water, and the shower was either extremely hot or extremely cold, nothing in between, TV was working poorly.
