The owner was very pleasant and helpful as we got turned around a couple times getting to the house but once we got our bearings together and with assistance from Nancy we found it. Amazing views of the mountain throughout our stay, not a far drive to town, downtown Mt. Airy is Mayberry! I can go on and on. Really enjoyed our time there.”

“It was amazing. If you are looking for a place with scenic views look no further! Absolutely stunning to walk around the deck and enjoy the blue ridge mountains. However, I would HIGHLY recommend a 4WD. Don’t make the mistake we made and think “oh well, I am a good driver it shouldn’t be an issue”… chances of someone getting up the last few hundred feet with a fully loaded front wheel drive are very slim!! “The description of property is right on. Very quite, large pond and of course 5 deer two geese rabbits (and a partridge in a pear tree LOL). Hot tub was great. Played with dogs in large shade area. Has three brooks that ran into pond. Inside has all you need and then some. Will stay again.”
