“This will now be my go to hotel whenever I goto Medicine Hat, it was our first time here, we normally stay at the lodge but it has gone downhill. The pool was fantastic for kids. The breakfast was amazing!! Much better than the usual continental breakfasts you get else where. Manager was really friendly. “Staff was friendly and helpful at check in/out. Deposit was only $100 and quickly returned to my credit card. Room was a little dirty for a germophobe (hairs in bedding, dirt in tub) which is the only reason for my 4-star review. I would stay at this establishment again.”

“I have Parkinson's and when the front desk staff saw me he quickly came and opened the doors for me. He the assisted with my luggage and even opened the room door for me. He was so polite and respectful. I definitely recommend this hotel. My experience was definitely A+++.”

“decent room, dated but decent, had an indoor pool, that we did not use, so, no comment, they do have an unlocked door at the back of the building, in the parking lot??? I would think that would be a security risk/issue.. breakfast was quite good, overall, decent for the money”

“Friendly staff. Thankful that we were able to check-in early. Big group checking in at 4:00. Right out the door. Nice to have the breakfast included. Lots of selection. Staff kept cleaning up plates and making sure everything was cleaned. This places air conditioning unit was out but they had provided portable air conditioning unit. Like having the casino. That’s why I brought my sister there for her birthday. Would come back again.”

“The room had both an outside door and an inside door to a hotel corridor Both doors had gaps in them so it was very noisy. Outside noises and inside noises from the proximity to the ice machine woke my wife up at 2:30 in the morning.”

“We were very disappointed with the breakfast. There was no milk for the cereal. Someone eventually brought milk but it was after we had eaten. Hot trays had very little food. Bread and buns were past the due date but possibly frozen beforehand. Very little food left and we were there before 9:00.”

“Clean newly renovated room. Great breakfast, Gym was modern and in good shape. Hot tube was very nice.”

“The room was quite large, which was good. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and obviously somebody has smoked in it. It needs a smoke detector before it’s rented out again and a good cleaning and deodorizing. It also needs a coffee pot.”
