Welcome to A&D Rise Getaways @ Bob-O-Link Getaway, a charming and cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat nestled in The Galena Territory. We now offer 12pm check in and check out! Surrounded by peaceful nature trails, golf courses, and just 10 minutes from downtown Galena, this home is perfect for families or groups looking to relax, reconnect, and explore.

Unwind on the private deck with a fire table, enjoy meals from the grill, or gather indoors by the wood-burning fireplace for a movie night. With comfortable sleeping arrangements and full access to the Owner’s Club amenities, the perfect Galena getaway is right here.

BEDROOMS:
• Upper-Level Bedroom 1: Queen bed with flat-screen TV
• Upper-Level Bedroom 2: Two twin beds with flat-screen TV
• Lower-Level Bedroom: Queen bed near a full bathroom and flat-screen TV

KITCHEN & DINING:
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and wine fridge. The adjacent dining area is ideal for meals, games, or wine night with friends.

OUTDOOR GRILL:
A propane grill is available for guest use on the deck, along with a patio table and fire table. Propane is provided, and guests are kindly asked to clean the grill after use.

Property needs some repairs. No extra blankets downstairs. Heat very hot upstairs but cold down. Upper bathroom door doesn’t shut and lock. A lot of air coming through back deck door. Fireplace makes a Ton of noise in the wind. . No curtains on front door/hallway doors.upper bathroom shower light burned out. Could use at least 1 more comfy chair in living room. Also I think the wood holder inside should not have been empty. Cleaner should fill it up for guests.
