“The hotel was beautiful but the front desk was not helpful we got a small room for 3 people the extra bed was uncomfortable and the manager promised us a bigger room and did not honor it… the other staff were fantastic great service… faid was the front desk manager and not helpful at all”

This place is magical, filled with history and generations of stories. The room had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. But what made my stay truly special was the warmth and genuine hospitality.
I would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting the holy town...
