Booked a room with a full kitchen but from the start the microwave/convection oven didn’t work. Asked for maintenance to come several times, finally came the second day around 5 pm. Was never fixed. Front desk staff is not friendly or helpful. Needed a plunger at 8 pm didn’t get it until the following ...

Incredible everything! The room was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable, the staff were so friendly, the included breakfast was great. The location is beautiful. We loved it and are already planning to go back!
