"Really nice place to stay. Room was very clean. Easy access to the nearby shopping mall. Close to dining options. Pub in Hotel has a great breakfast. All staff were very friendly."

"Expedia charged me for this room and then the hotel also insisted that I pay for the room. I was charged twice and the hotel won't refund my money. I have called them 7 times."
