“Nonostante la struttura sia buona, la gestione è affidata ad un gruppo di giovani che sembrano passati di lì per caso. A colazione manca sempre anche l'indispensabile. Il latte era disponibile un giorno su tre, così lo yogurt e la frutta. Niente marmellata e tutta roba di seconda categoria.”

“LOVED this stay, the staff lended us bear spray without us really even asking which was so nice since you can't fly with it, so purchasing it would've (hopefully lol) ended up being a waste. They gave us lots of recommendations for Yellowstone and were very friendly. Walking around the property was so nice as well, and we loved our room!”

“We loved our stay at Chico Hot Springs! Jen checked us in late in the evening and made sure we still had time to get a quick soak in the hot springs. Staff was very friendly and great food options on the menu. The property is beautiful and the hot springs were recently redone. Hot Springs pool was great for adults and kids. Room was nice and complimentary coffee was provided in the morning in the hotel lobby.”
