“Ogata san was very helpful and cheerful. We feel very welcome. The view of Kumamoto castle was great and we even saw the light show.”

“Rooms were wonderful and the staff was so attentive and friendly. Great location so close to Sakuramachi, the shopping arcade, and the Kumamoto Castle and right across the street from the tram station. Laundry machines were always clean and you can check the status on the TV without leaving your room which was so nice.”

“good hotel, a nice location. The Onsen are a big plus. Really strict with the "no tattoo" rule in the onsen, so think about it in advance”

“Bella la vista sul castello. Hotel tuttavia da ristrutturare. Il bagno molto datato. Pulizia ai limiti.”
