“Nice and quiet place. Good value for money - as compared to much more expensive hotels in town. Friendly and helpful staff. Example: I was asked if I wanted my rental car washed, but I didn't feel that I needed that, so I said "no, thank you". A short time after the staff member was busy washing my car, and of course I paid him a few Kwacha. The morning I was about to leave, he again was washing my car (which didn't look dirty at all). “Arrived at the hotel to be told we didn't have a booking and they had.not been on your books for 4 yrs Advise by owner and taxi driver that it was not safe for us to stay in the area as it was the poorest part of town We had to find alternate accommodation late in the afternoon at a cost of over $600,this was a very stressful situation for 2 females I have used Expedia several times in the past with no problems I feel that i should be re embursed for out of pocket expenses”
