“Excellent place to stay with little kids. The rooms were immaculate and a beautiful safe hotel. We were worried about the parking being public but felt very safe at the hotel’s precaution. A little stunned on the price to park in the parking lot. All in all we would stay here again because of the friendly staff and well accommodating staff.”

“We showed up just after 9pm from driving all day. Without apologies, ewe were told that our rooms weren’t cleaned yet, and they had no idea when they would be ready. Obviously understaffed, I understand that things happen, but no one really seemed concerned about it or gave us any compensation. I feel like the rooms should have been comped at that point. “This is one of the strangest properties I've ever stayed at. Jungle Themed complete with an elephant in the room. The carpet was dirty on the very narrow staircase up to the loft where the bed is located. The included breakfast was nice!”

“I received a room that wreaked of cigarette smell. I immediately notified the front desk and he walked over to confirm. I was only staying one night, so I kept the room and didn't make a fuss. It was a first floor room which was a convenience with all the luggage and small children. But I should've made a fuss and changed room. I was tired. Maybe front desk should've immediately offered me another room.”
