“I stay for 6 nights at Shangri-lain Bangalore. very nice hotel, clean, rooms are very nice, big and with a very good smell. I've tried two of the 4 restaurants and the quality of food is good. One thing I didn't like, that at the buffet restaurant, if you do not ask for a bottle water they bring you a glass of water...and in India this is not a good choice.”

“I stayed here for just a few hours . The place is awesome ! Staff very polite and courteous. I will certainly come back here next time I have to stay in Bangalore . The only difficulty I had was to reach the bath towels.. the rack is meant for 9 ft tall people not for 5 ft people like me ! 😄 apart from that I had a very relaxed and comfortable stay . ”

“Pleasant and attentive service from all staff (entrance and front desk, room cleaning, restaurant, etc.) made it a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We liked our previous stay (3 weeks prior to this one) so much that we chose to stay again here, prior to our return flight home. The buffet breakfast was a highlight and Chef Prasad and the entire team are the best there is. He made us feel very special and we will make this our base again in the future.”

“Albergo bello ma ha bisogno di un serio ritocco in quanto si notano gli anni, illuminazione da rifare e le camere hanno bisogno di un bel po’ di lavoro. Il personale è la parte forte che assicura la differenza e senza di loro credo che il posto andava chiuso molto prima per i lavori di rinnovo. Ristorante nella media con cibo pulito e servizio molto buono. Purtroppo nel complessivo non è all’altezza di essere un albergo ITC del gruppo Marriott. cosi come è NON lo consiglio.”

“Where do I start?.. 1. Not for one second did the wifi work for me, i had to use 4G the whole time I was there 2. The toilet in my room (311) was installed in a tilted manner. When you sit on it, you will realize you are slanted. 3. They threw a wild rager party on the weekend. But this went on till 3.30am and was extremely loud!! The thumping was heard loudly all the way to the 3rd floor. Guests gathered in the hallways complaining about this noise. Complaints started at 1am but the party...
