“The stay itself was fine but I checked my invoice the night before checking out and saw that I had parking charges on there even though I had no vehicle while visiting and I spoke to the front desk and the lady said it was removed. The morning of checkout I saw it was still on my receipt so I spoke to the front desk again and she informed me she cannot remove it because she needs to speak to the other attendant to see what was said before doing so 🙄🙄🙄. Ma’am do you not also work at the hotel!...

“The hair dryer is very old and gives an unsafe impression! The receptionist make you feel not welcome, like they are making you a favor to be there...Over all ok! The shower works great!”

“Soggiorno, ok. Ho scritto diverse e-mail prima di arrivare chiedendo come funzionasse la navetta gratuita dall’aeroporto ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Quindi ho dovuto pagare il taxi per raggiungere la struttura. Una volta arrivato in albergo sono poi riuscito a prenotare la navetta gratuita per il ritorno in aeroporto. ”

“Very convenient location for us, the room was large and clean, coffee/tea available in the room, as well as fridge and microwave. Breakfast was very nice, with many options. My only complain is the deposit: since my credit card isn't issued in dollars, the deposit cost me more than 10$ (switching currencies back and forth), which I really didn't find necessary ”

“BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough.
