“Nice clean room, enjoyed the views of the park and beach from our balcony. Walking distance to many restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was great with a good variety of choices. Enjoyed the views from the rooftop bar. It was a perfect place to stay on our recent beach getaway to Flagler Beach.”

“The rooms are basic, actually okay for cheap crash site after beach days, BUT there are extended stay type situations. My first night, SUNDAY night people partied till 3am. No staff to be found. Final two nights (non-refundable) a bit better. Go to party or bring noise canceling headphones (how i survived)”

“Staff was friendly and accommodating, but we had to move rooms initially because the AC was making an awful noise and toilet was running nonstop. The second room we were moved to was better but smelled like mildew. We were only there for a night before a cruise so I did not use any amenities or have breakfast. ”

“Pretty much used the room only to sleep and wasn’t around during the day. The rooms were clean and it was very quiet. Enjoyed our stay.”

“Location, great pool, friendly staff Some of the facilities need a little renewal-paint,lighting- just general upgrade. But! It was a great stay and we will return. None of the items mentioned negatively impacted our stay”

“The staff were very prompt to check in and polite. The room had not been repaired - broken vent cover on air conditioner. The shower curtain was torn on both ends at the top and did not close adequately.”
