“Never got to check in ! Still hoping for a refund because I had to go and pay another hotel $169 for less than ten hours with two babies. New guy working was extremely unhelpful . I left the check in/out lobby in tears!”

“Got back to the rooms at night after a long day and both Key cards didn't work to get into rooms. Had to go to front desk for new cards, then one worked and the second didn't, had to go back to front desk again, the desk person had to come to the room to check and had to reprogram the card again .”

“I was treated very poorly. I had reserved a room with two beds, but when I arrived, they had already given it to someone else and didn't have any more available; they gave me a room with just one bed instead. My son had to sleep curled up on the floor on a cot. The staff at the front desk treated me very badly—there is a young man named Stiven who needs to learn some manners; he is very rude to customers. I have no desire to return to that place or recommend it.”

“This is by the most disgusting rundown hotel I have ever stepped foot in. The moment you enter you are overrun by the smell of mold, cigarette burns on bedding, cockroaches crawling all over and filth all over. came into town with 14 other rooms for a game, and we all walked in and left. refused to refund money, so we paid 240 each to step in for 5 mins and leave. Stay AWAY!!! Run as far as you can!!!!”
