“The staff were so friendly and helpful, and absolute delight”

“Lovely room with great bathroom. A bath and separate shower was a treat. Plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. WiFi was good and nice decor. Staff were pleasant and was lovely to be able to converse Welsh. Location was handy for lots of places to visit. Defo hope to be back”

“We were “welcomed” by a waitress whose attitude ranged somewhere between laziness and open disdain. When we asked if we could have dinner, she said she could ask if there was a table available, and in the meantime we could sit at one of the bar tables. We politely agreed. What followed was over thirty minutes of watching her wander aimlessly, gossip with colleagues, and do anything but her job. Not once did she come over to give us an update. The only acknowledgment we got were occasional smug,...

“The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfy, the hosts are lovely and friendly and very talkative and they offer lots of knowledge about walks and activities in wales and have leaflets avaliable with information about activities. The hosts were also very quick to help with anything that was needed. Also the breakfast was amazing and there was lots of options to choose from”

“Large room, tiny bathroom, bed comfortable. Very noisy overnight due to the hum of an air conditioning unit although the rooms do not have air conditioning.”
