“+ tolle Lage, charmante Unterkunft + das Zimmer ist geräumig und gemütlich + das Bett sehr bequem - die Küche war leider nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet - keine Schüssel, kein Kochlöffel, kein Abtropfsieb - leider war dass Zimmer sehr hellhörig (zum einen die Nachbarn die mitten in der Nacht Spaß hatten, zum anderen war am Wochenende gut was los) was aber wohl an dem alter des Hauses liegt”

“Lovely place. Clean. Helpful staff. Traditional cooked breakfast was very nice. The breakfast buffet was also good, with excellent granola. Would have liked a separate shower, instead of a combined shower/bath, but that's a minor gripe. I didn't use the spa, so can't comment on that.”

“The hotel is lovely - clean and spacious rooms with the quirks you would expect from an old building (our shower/wetroom was in one of the towers). Staff are courteous and friendly and everything feels luxurious from the comfy beds to the excellent breakfasts and the picturesque gardens.”

“This is a gorgeous stay. Conwy is like a fairy tale and this stay added to the charm. Check in was easy, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. No AC, so bring portable fans if you need it. Just darling, I will be dreaming of when I will be returning. Easy walk from train station, castle, and dining.”

“Very nice building, in a central position. You can easily walk to all the destinations in Wrexham and/or easily get to the train station and bus station. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, perfectly cooked and served. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful. Hugely recommended if you’re planning to visit Wrexham.”

“Spent a one night stay in a family with my two 14 year olds. Check in was a bit slow, waiting in the bar area for around 10-15 minutes early evening, before a staff member could see to us. Our room was in a separate building and was newly refurbished. It was spacious with a large bed and sturdy bunks, all important WiFi for the kids! Decoration was cosy and comfortable. Tea making facilities were welcomed. Had a quiet nights rest. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant. We were served quickly...
