“First, the lobby smells horrible. The bathroom in the room was way outdated and definitely not clean. Then on the last morning of our stay, as I’m getting dressed, housekeeping knocked on the door, multiple times and multiple times I told them we would be out momentarily (this was only 10am, checkout is 11am) but they opened my room door anyways! I was mid getting dressed!! I will not be staying at this hotel again.”

“The staff here was absolutely the best I've encountered in years! They were kind and so helpful ! I cannot find enough nice things to day about them: from the front desk ladies and the breakfast server to the room attendants every single person was super nice. The room had some things that need attention : the door lock/ handle was concerning and didn't stay in position, the baseboards were removed and not painted over or replaced, and the microwave was in disarray when I opened it to use it....
