"The hostel was very poorly maintained and quite dirty (coffee stains on the walls, showerheads covered in grime, sinks full of hair). The blankets had a lot of hair on them, and in the double beds, they were too short. The mattresses and pillows were quite uncomfortable, and the power outlets were far from the bed. The only positive aspect is the location, right in the city center. However, the worst part was the kitchen—completely unusable due to a constant bad smell, day and night. The furniture was damaged, the pans were in bad shape, the fridges had mold, and the range hoods were placed just 50 cm above the stove."

"Nessuno è mai venuto a rifare la stanza nei tre giorni del mio soggiorno. La seconda mattina c'è stato un incendio nell'hotel affiliato dove si deve andare a fare colazione (Amber). Sono stati appesi dei fogli per comunicare come comportarsi, ma non li avevo visti, per cui sono dovuto andare a fare colazione in un altro posto a pagamento. Avrei preferito essere informato con un messaggio e una mail."
