“good hotel for families. Helpful staff, good clean rooms, good breakfast, convenient location. Only downside is inhouse restaurant is not capable to take the evening rush. Delayed orders. However, swiggy is allowed in the hotel.”

“The service was good initially. I booked JK Koradi by mistake and called to shift it to JK Nagpur. They were accommodating in that and told me that an additional 1000 per room would be charged as a cost difference between the two hotels. As long as the owner or his daughter was present. They seem to be efficient. Else, it's very poor. We booked two rooms. Both rooms didn't have remotes for TV and AC. I had to request towels as none were present. One room was spacious and the other was slightly...
