“The window was not closing, resulting in loss of energy from the air condition.The WIFI was consistently poor and I had to make multiple requests to restart the router and get it fixed.Often the staff gave cheeky stories, I was told wifi is slow because there was law and order issue in another part of Nagpur, however the 4g was working fine at the same. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. ”

“Very helpful staff. But property is in a congested alley. Rooms are small and very basic. Don't book on Expedia, they are charging a huge commission. Book with the hotel directly instead for good deals.”

“What I liked about the property: Not a 3 or 5 star, but clean rooms and bathroom. The housekeeping staff and other staff were very engaging and helpful. I cannot say the same of the owner and the check in experience, - The lady at check-in claimed that expedia did not charge the correct tariff and would not honor the booking unless I paid INR 15000 more. It was a vulnerable moment for us and we were tired after the journey, so we paid. She gave me a receipt which said that the tariff was...

They were accommodating in that and told me that an additional 1000 per room would be charged as a cost difference between the two hotels. As long as the owner or his daughter was present.
