“Average”

“Excellent property with wonderful and caring customer service and Front Office staff.Very helpful and friendly atmosphere. One of my favorite hotel in Ukhimat.”

“The property was under construction when we stayed. But the staff went over and above to make our stay very comfortable. The food was excellent.”

“Our stay in Hotel Ram Gopal was a blessing! Room was very nice, clean and with lot of space. View of the mountains was 👌 and just right across Vishwanath Temple. A bit of steep 5-10minute climb from the taxi/bus stand. The owner was very kind and helpful all the time. “Very cooperative staff”

“The facilities are great. Location is good. The weak point is the staff and service. Our reservation booked on Expedia couldn't be located and we had to wait for 45 minutes before able to check in. There were some other issues with service related to staff and management. If that goes smooth the stay can be very good.”

“Clean and spacious rooms, friendly and service oriented staff ”

“Excellent staff Rooms need to be more maintained with updated amenities as per the cost per night”

“Excellent staff and great service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Property is average as compared to the charges and manager Mr. Mohanty or something like that was rude enough and was behaving as he is running a 5 star resort. The helipad attached is here of no use unless you book private helicopter through them. Nature view is awesome and so other staffs.”
