“Clean nice rooms, staff was great and parking was good.”

“Overall it was typical hotel. My room near the bathroom sink stunk of sewer and the outside hall reeked of musty mold. The bathroom had mold coming back through the paint telling me they cover up mold instead of properly cleaning it. There was either kids running upstairs halls and doors slamming well past midnight. Only gave 2 bath towels when 4 is customary. No laundry bag was available either. Free bre”

“The staff was always amazing here. The food is exceptional at the Bar/Lounge. Was not expecting it to be as good since it is a hotel but this was top notch food and service. Rooms are amazingly clean and I know they are going to be remodeling soon but the conditions makes it not seem like 20 years old. I will stay here everytime I am in town.”

“My wife was bitten all over her body by either bedbugs or fleas. I sat on the sofa bed and had to move because of the odor-it smelled like a wet dog. Also, while checking in the staff was more concerned about registering my car for parking than anything else, which was a $10 per night extra charge that i don't recall seeing on your website when i booked my stay.”

“I like that breakfast was available. I did have a hard time finding our room as the numbers didn't make alot of sence. And I hope they were just remodeling or something bc the backside of the property was a little sketchy for my liking especially with traveling with a young child. Overall it wasn't bad other then the hobo looking guy lingering out front.”

“I was really impressed with the hotel. Lay out and design of our room was great. Very comfortable. Love the kitchenette. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of food. Would have like real dishes to eat off of and fountain drinks as I dont drink coffee. Also, sausage was a little bland. But all in all I would highly recommend.”

“Non scegliete questo hotel. Persona alla reception incapace di risolvere i problemi. Mancava un letto e i miei figli hanno dormito in 3 per 2 notti in un letto e il ragazzo della reception se ne letteralmente fregato lasciandoci 2 notti in 5 con 2 letti.Aria condizionata rumorosa come un trattore. Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso parziale tramite Expedia ma l' hotel si è rifiutato. ”

“Room was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful.”

“We were quite pleased with the hotel however, the front desk staff could use some additional training. They left the front desk unattended many times leaving quests waiting. Our check in was slow because the agent did not know how to check in a booking made through Expedia. After checkout - upon getting to the airport we realized the front desk had not returned my drivers license - when we called to inquire about it, the front desk clerk said yes they had it but she was less than apologetic,...

“We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance.”

“The second floor was undergoing renovation and the guy was working in the hall until 2200 Friday night. And on Saturday morning. Unacceptable. Room 217 was great. Beds were wonderful. Thanks front desk folks.”
