“We have really liked this hotel. It’s close to Hofstra and close to the LIRR Mineola station, as well as a very short walk to Roosevelt Field Mall. A couple of weird things: the hallway outside our room was very cold (here during odd cold snap in late April), and there is no place to hang up towels. “stay was good. we arrived late for check-in, which we called to advise and we didn’t think would be an issue because we had reserved the exact room we wanted on the app. however, check-in was at 4 and when we arrived at 5:24, our room wasn’t ready!! we were told it wasn’t cleaned yet. how? when it was AFTER 4? we were switched to a different room w/o being asked if it was ok. and we were lucky to get a room right away ONLY because someone else canceled. so if they didn’t cancel, we would have...
