With 6 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, a large bunk room, with 2 twin over queen bunk beds and 2 twin sets of bunk beds, and an additional twin bunk and queen bed in bedroom #5. This cool property is perfect for large groups. Enjoy the awesome amenities like an Ideal Beach Resort pass included with this home. There are 2 Lifetime paddleboards with all sizes of life jackets, as well as 2 kids bikes. Just 1 minute away from Bear Lake Golf Course, 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. We stayed four nights. There was a lot of amenities that were extra that I didn’t know about when I reserved like a pass that takes you to the ideal beach resort. Communication with the owner was good as we were told that there was a baby gate, and there wasn’t so the owner had me purchased one and paid me back. Do you know that handling the trash is a bit of a distance away from the home and something that you have to plan for

The property was very nice and well taken care of. Everything we needed was available. Nice location and close access to Ideal Beach. The only thing that I would change is the check out time, 10:00 is early. We really enjoyed our stay!

Warm and inviting home. Plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub on the back porch is a must up there in the winter. Jon and Gail were very accommodating.
