The Space:

Looking for an affordable townhome rental at a Luxury resort? BearBNB Townhome #38 at Legacy Beach Resort is exactly what you need. This townhome is located right along the Garden City bike and walking path. Ride your bike or take a quick stroll into the downtown area of Garden City. You’re a 5 minute walk to the Garden City Park or a 10 minute walk to the Garden City Pond which is a great place for kids to fish. There is a kids splash pad and outdoor pickle ball court located near by or just walk across the street to the Legacy Beach clubhouse which includes access to a swimming pool (seasonal), year-round hot tub, and a 24-hour gym.



During the winter months bundle up and head to the Beaver Mountain ski resort located just 15 minutes from town. Along with endless hills and trails for snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. No matter the season there is always something to do and enjoy here in Bear Lake!

Nice layout/Newer/on busy road

The layout of this townhome was perfect for our group. We each add our own space. Plus, it’s newer, which is always a bonus. The beds were comfortable, nice bedding. The bathrooms were spacious. I did not realize this was on the main road. So just know that when you book this place, the master bedroom is pretty noisy from traffic. The pool is across the busy road against the lake and was full of little kids and very dirty. But looks like a nice space if the pool was kept more clean. There’s also nice access to a small beach area near the pool. The kitchen was set up well with utensils, glasses, pots pans, etc. It would’ve been nice to have foil, plastic wrap, some baggies, etc. Also would’ve been nice to have tissues in bathrooms. Overall it’s a great unit and a mile-ish from the center of town.

Great Accommodation!

Worked out great for our family! Can't fault the place. The grounds were unfinished but we appreciated being made aware of that when we booked. Was well furnished and the only thing we lacked were extra pillowcases.
