Beautiful Townhouse Retreat walking distance to shakes!
Amazing Townhouse in the heart of Garden City. Finished end of 2021, everything is NEW. End unit giving you more privacy and natural light. You cannot beat this location with everything close by including ATV trails, 1 mile from the marina, a short walk to downtown restaurants and groceries. The public pickleball courts are just across the street. This home comes with a fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and relaxing living space that will make it the perfect place for your vacation.
This amazing townhome has plenty of room for everyone! There is a large family room for everyone to enjoy, 3 smart TVs throughout the home so guests can spread out and enjoy their own entertainment. Primary Bedroom has a mounted smart TV, and the upstairs Guest Room includes a mounted TV with Roku along with extra blankets and pillows.
THE BEDROOMS
Primary Bedroom: 2 Queen beds (sleeps 4)
Upstairs Guest Room: 1 Queen (sleeps 2)
Upstairs Bunk Room: 1 Three-Tier-Bunkbed with Full on bottom, and 2 twins on top and a single twin by window (sleeps 5)
THE BATHROOMS
There are 3 total bathrooms (2 upstairs, 1 on main floor). Each bathroom upstairs has a shower and tub, the Primary bathroom has a garden tub. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers are provided, and extra towels located under each bathroom sink.
THE KITCHEN
The Kitchen is fully stocked with all standard supplies plus extras: children's dishes and utensils, baking dishes and pans (baking dishes, cookie sheets, etc.), crock pot, toaster, electric hand mixer, blender, waffle griddle, electric griddle, tea kettle, 5 cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, salt/pepper, and a few additional spices.
PARKING
2 garage spaces, 2 designated spots in the driveway, as well as plenty of additional overflow parking for cars, boats, and trailers.

It was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We really appreciated that they had beach towels that we could use! The Ping pong table was a hit. Melanie was great answering any questions I had from start to finish. If I had anything negative to say, which is small, it would be that there wasn't any tissues in the bathrooms or bedrooms and most of the doors were very squeaky, so that was annoying.

We had a great family trip. Location was perfect, shakes every night. House was perfect size. Bunk bed were not the most comfortable for adult kids but we knew, the pictures showed them and we knew they would be small. Loved our stay

Great stay!
We have family in the area so we just needed a place for 1 night and this home was perfect! It is new, clean, and comfortable. We did have a little difficulty finding it as our Apple Maps weren’t showing the right location… but we eventually found it and the host messaged me back pretty quickly even at 10:30pm so we wouldn’t have been lost for too long anyway

Beautiful home in Bear Lake
Our family loved our stay! Very comfortable and beautifully decorated home. Great location! Our kids loved being close enough to walk to get shakes and play pickle ball. So many fun memories. Would definitely book this home again. Thank you!

Great location
This was a great place to stay. Melanie was a great host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean and we loved that we could walk to stores and many food places. The house was stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. The garage had a ping ping table, the kids could not stop playing even after a long day of playing. We would definitely stay here again.

Fave Vacay!
We absolutely loved this property! The kids (and adults) loved the range of activities right at the house and we were able to stay there the whole trip without getting bored. The community pool was right around the corner, so convenient to get to. Everything in the house was accessible with lots of extra amenities.
