C9 at Waterdance- Sleeps 12, 3B-4Bath with indoor/outdoor pool, pickleball+

Townhome 9 at Waterdance is part of the building C fourplex. It sleeps 12 in 3 bedrooms with all three bedrooms on the second floor all with full en suite bathroom. The main floor has one queen murphy bed in the main living room.

All rentals have access to our heated outdoor pool open Memorial Day-Labor Day and year-round indoor recreation center which includes pool and spa, three pickleball courts, ping pong, playground, conference room, and more.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor with full en suite bathroom.
Master Bedroom: Second Floor - King Bed, ensuite bath - Sleeps 2
Second Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Third Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Common Area Living Room: Main Floor - Queen Murphy Bed - Sleeps 2

Each condo has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each condo has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.

We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.

We do not allow pets in this home.

The owners were very thoughtful in their design. The rec area has so many games and activities. The hot tub was warm enough and the pool had lots of pool toys. We enjoyed shooting hoops in the pool. Probably because it was over a holiday when we visited, but there were lots of families with small kids in the pool and rec area. It was not an issue but be aware that it may be a full pool area. We were delighted with all the seating areas and the decor. It felt modern and clean. The people who slept on the main floor were a little cold at night, but when I asked management for extra blankets they quickly dropped some off to us! The management was fast and easy to communicate with. The location is great and close to shops and restaurants but also removed enough that you still feel like your getting away from all the hustle and hustle of everyday life. We had a great stay and look forward to returning!

This property is in a great location, we were able to walk to town and to the park. Unit was nicely decorated and fit our family well. However, there were a few maintain issues.

Our stay at the Waterdance was great!

Our stay at Waterdance was great! It was very clean and there was plenty of room for our family. It is close to the center of town, within walking distance and check-in was easy and they were great to work with. We will be back!
