Great location

This property is at a great location. Close to hikes, bike path, the boulevard, and only 30 minutes from north shore. Hot tub is amazing and view is absolutely fantastic! Could be a little cleaner but overall a fantastic stay and a great place!

Good for kids

Nice very well-kept green grounds, well treed shaded areas too, well off the main highway. A lot of room between this building and nearest others. Fine balcony view of Bear Lake. Comfortable roomy condo unit. (Bumper pool table a hit with grandson.) Overall we were very pleased, having booked this sight-unseen off the internet.

Beautiful location & decorations!

Condo overlooks the tennis court and the lake so great view from the balcony, which has a BBQ. LOTS of games & puzzles; kitchen well stocked. The nautical theme decorations throughout are delightful. Terrific location. There was an issue with checking in and the pool key and the management company was hard to communicate with but eventually took care of things. It needs some deep cleaning and painting but worked well for our group with all ages.

Clean place, great location

Place was clean and had plenty of room for our family of four. Could have easily slept 6 in the bedrooms, more with the foldout couch. Location is great - very close to the restaurants and shops in Garden City. I would stay again.

Overall a nice place to stay.

Great location and great parking. No sounds at all from the people below us. Soft beds. Several of the blinds were broken including in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom but that only limited the direction the blinds could rotate. Limited kitchen pots and pans. Only salt and pepper are available. One TV. AC was great as was the washer and dryer. We had six adults and 4 showered, all with hot water, then waited 45 minutes and the other two showered. Mostly still hot. I would stay again but bring my own frying or other pans.

Great stay at Bear Lake

The condo was very roomy and so clean. Plenty of things in the kitchen for cooking. Was amazed at all the games to play and had a fun time with them. The location is so close to the pool and tennis courts. We loved our stay there for our family of four.

Plan to stay again sometime 😊. Perfect for our family and close proximity to town grocery store, Lake and restaurants. Adequately clean and roomy! Pool area was great.

Enjoyed it was perfect for our needs quiet only problem was we never had enough hot water so everyone cold take showers :( Very interested in renting this for family vacation next summer please.

Perfect location!

We loved our time at the tennis court condo. It is close to the pool, tennis court, basketball court and marina! Only one complaint is that there were no paper towels provided and we ran out of toilet paper. We solved that by running down to the store and buying some!

Super comfortable and amazing price!

We absolutly loved, loved, loved our apartment! I have 1 adult son and 5 teenage boys, so I thought we'd probably be smushed together, but boy was I wrong. We all slept super comfortably! We are making Bear Lake our official vacation spot.

Would Rent Again!

The condo was well appointed and had more than enough adequate kitchen supplies. The place came stocked with games and even had a fun little bumper pool table hidden under the dining room table. The kids loved the boat bed and bunk bed. The only negatives were that there was no Wifi :( -- Do NOT opt in for the paid resort internet a complete waste!! Just plan on not having any Wifi access. Other than that it was the perfect place to stay!
