Welcome to your Lakeside Haven, a cozy and relaxing home that sleeps 24 in 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. With this centrally located home, you get a breathtaking view of the lake and amazing access to all Bear Lake has to offer. Our home offers access to the community pool, hot tub, and clubhouse (pool & hot tub are closed from September to May). Enjoy being within walking distance to the local grocery store, marina, and restaurants.

Our stunning three-story Bear Lake dream home is perfect for family get-togethers or larger group gatherings. Conveniently situated right next to the marina, it boasts sleeping accommodations for 24 guests. Enjoy being close to the many restaurants, stores, boutiques, and coffee shops that Garden City has to offer.

Inside, you'll find hardwood floors, plush carpet, knotty pine board and batten, and granite countertops. The six bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms provide plenty of space to relax and unwind. The home features:

**Pool & Clubhouse are open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day and closed from September to May.**
**Please note: As there are no sidewalks in this community, all parking must be in the garage or driveway (7 total spots). No street parking allowed.**

Guests have access to the community clubhouse, which includes a seasonal swimming pool (open Memorial Day - Labor Day), billiards, connect4, and a playground. Enjoy a quiet day at the pool or warm up in the hot tub after a day on the lake or surrounding trails. Explore nearby ATV trails in the summer and winter on a 4-wheeler, UTV, or snowmobile.
