Welcome to The White House - a super-modern, single-level home featuring sweeping lake views, a private hot tub, cedar sauna, and arcade games! Your stay includes free access to Ideal Beach Resort, giving you private beach entry, pools, hot tubs, parks, and more. Explore ATV trails, take a short 15-minute drive to Beaver Mountain Ski Resort for prime sledding, snowmobiling, and skiing. Soak, explore, and unwind together—this modern home offers easy comfort and unforgettable moments for all.

This spacious 3-bedroom, single-level home sits on a large lot with no neighbors right on top of you—just quiet mountain views, starry skies, and the true Bear Lake feeling.

Inside, enjoy:
- New finishes throughout including LVP flooring & granite counters
- Bright, open living room with Smart TV + walk-out patio access
- Large patio with propane fire pit & lake-view seating
- Cedar-barrel sauna and private hot tub (open year-round!)

The living room has a large tv with plenty of seating, along with views that let you enjoy the view of the turquoise blue lake! The walk-out to the patio leads you to the deck, where you will find a private hot tub, barrel sauna, BBQ, and outdoor propane fire pit!

Ideal Beach Resort:
This home includes a pass to ideal beach. Ideal Beach Resort includes many amenities including, private beach access, parks, hot tubs and pools for the whole family. NOTE: Ideal Beach`s pools and hot tubs are only open from memorial weekend to labor day weekend. The private Hot tub is open year round.

PARKING:
We created our driveway with you in mind. Room for multiple vehicles, a boat and all your toys.

Guests have full private access to the entire home, hot tub, sauna, patio, and all Ideal Beach Resort amenities. Located in the Sweetwater Golf Course Community. Rural vibes, some of the best views of the lake, and 8-10 minutes to Garden City shopping. You will undoubtedly see turkeys, deer and, if you are lucky, a moose or two!

WINTER ADVISORY: Roads are plowed in the late fall, winter and early spring, but we recommend an AWD vehicle as weather conditions can change quickly.

The white house was a perfect stay. Enjoyed the view of the lake and stars at night. After being on the lake it was nice to come back to this beautiful house and enjoy the hottub, sauna, firetable, and the kids enjoyed the arcade.

Property was very clean. We have never stayed anywhere so well well equipped; kitchen, bathrooms etc…. We reached out a couple times to management and response time was incredible; they came by within 10 minutes. Beds were crazy comfy. The views are amazing from the living room and front porch. Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay overall. Clean place, several thoughtful ingredients in the kitchen, abundant towels for both showers and the lake, hot tub was nice as well. We had fun with the pizza oven. There were a few challenges with running out of hot water one night, running low on propane tank, ice machine not working, and the key card to Ideal beach being expired. All of these things, with exception of the ice machine, were quickly rectified by the owner. Their communication was prompt which was appreciated. We would suggest updating pictures online as the neighborhood was quite different from the pictures. We were looking forward to wide open space after seeing the pictures however there is actually a significant amount of construction in the area including right next door with construction equipment which partially blocked the view of the the lake from the house windows. All in all, we enjoyed the stay very much!

Great Communication & Has all you need

The hosts did great at communicating with me, they are more of a business then one off vrbo hosts so it was truly professional. The place has anything you could need to cook and be comfortable. Only thing I'll say is 5 different people tried turning the sauna on and we contacted the hosts for more thorough instructions.. it get's warm not hot. In our winter stay, the sauna did not fulfill our desires for it but the hot tub and fire pit made up for it.

Clean and cozy

The cabin was clean and cozy. There was plenty of extra towels and blankets. I especially enjoyed the sauna, which fits 2 people comfortably or 4 people if you squeeze. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

We loved our stay at the White House. The sauna and hot tub were very welcomed with the negative temperatures! Everything was clean, comfy and warm! The little details did not go u noticed! Really appreciate having kid things as I needed to bring my 7 month old with me. Thank you!

Awesome stay!

This adorable home was not only super clean, it was styled so adorably for the holidays! The owners were very communicative and helpful. For big groups, make sure you bring extra toilet paper and paper towels, otherwise the home was well stocked - they even had the nice bath and body works soaps! . There was plenty of towels for showers and the hot tub (which was AMAZING in the wintertime)! . We would definitely come again, it was a wonderful place!

A night away

We were looking for somewhere at Bear lake that was affordable enough for just my wife and I to get away for a night. And this was perfect! Everything about this rental is run well. Easy check in and check out, no laundry list of cleaning items, and no feeling like you were staying in someone's home. You can tell the ownership and management know what they are doing.

Perfect get away!

Such beautiful views! There was room for everyone and more than enough amenities for a weekend stay. I loved that there were books for the kids and plenty of kitchen supplies for meals together. Will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful week in Garden City

Perfect getaway spot with amazing views. We were working remotely for the week and the internet was fast and reliable. The bed was super comfortable, the porch patio area was really nice to be able to enjoy the wildlife and sunrises. We even saw moose out front one morning. Super easy access to all the places around town. Loved our stay and would gladly go back!

A must stay

Five stars does not say enough about this property. Gorgeous house and a wonderful host/property manager. We found the home to be immaculate and well stocked for our stay. Jake was available and very responsive to questions, and he went above and beyond to try to accommodate things outside of his control due to the weather. A must stay if you are in the area.

Amazing views, great rental and darling decor!

This house had everything we needed for our ski weekend at Beaver Mountain. Comfortable beds, hot tub after a long day on the slopes, and the views were outstanding! We are looking to return this summer for a weekend on the lake. We had our adult son, his girlfriend, and our 3 daughters. Plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub with the view was a highlight of the rental.
