The house was exactly as advertised. Apple space for a large crowd. Great location. Well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the linen smelt clean. Our group had a great time. We had to navigate a little snag at checkout, but all is well now. Would totally recommend.

This is the third time our family has stayed at this property. It is a great property for children 4 to 18. So many fun things to do. The property was clean and decorated for Christmas which added a nice touch. The host, Donna, is great to work with.

Plenty of space for our entire large group. The kitchen was excellent with two ovens, two sinks, two dish washers, large fridge and freezer. Plenty of parking. Kids loved the indoor slides, basketball, trampoline and theatre room. All light switches are well labeled. We enjoyed taking the kayaks and life jackets at the lake.

This is an amazing home for a large family get together. There are large spaces where you can meet together as groups and something for everyone to do. We’d love to come back. This home is especially great for families with children between the ages of 3 and 10.

Our favorite place to come for a perfect family Reunion!

this is a location and accommodation that has everything a family could dream of. It was beautiful with fabulous views of Bear Lake, a gym, theater room and a kitchen and eating area that included a large scenic balcony! We can' say enough good about how much we enjoyed our vacation there!We highly recommended it to many friends and other extended family members! This is definitely a10!!!

Wonderful, wonderful stay

Wonderful house. Big enough to accommodate a very large group. Plenty of beds lots of fun things to do in the house, amazing kitchen and dining room. Everyone said this was superior and want to come back.

Second Time and still blown away

Great property for all ages and interests. I have some minor recommendations to make the property even better such as a house Netflix or other streaming service account. An extra set of towels that can swap out once our stay is done. I find it weird to wash the towels and put them in the drier before checking out when the cleaning fee is 600. It’s understandable as it’s a huge property and need to flip it right away for the next guests, but I think having a backup set to pull out and replace while the cleaning service washes the towels would make the 600 fee more reasonable. Same with driving the trash down to the dumpster. I think the cleaning crew should be responsible for that as long as the house guests compiles all the trash together. It’s hard to take all the trash down when the vehicle is loaded with luggage. Again those are minimal suggestions, but it is still an amazing property and the site host is very communicative and great to work with. Hoping to make this a consistent trip for my friends and family group. Stay 3 is in the future for sure.

Perfect house for large gatherings!

The "big" house was not only great space for a large extended family gathering, but was loaded with plenty to do for all ages! The home was well stocked from the kitchen pans to the bathroom towels and extra bedding! We enjoyed a long weekend of snowmobiling, sledding and reconnecting! Highly recommend!

Hardman annual Christmas cabin

We have a huge family, 50. It’s hard to find places that can accommodate all of us. This home was perfect for our family! Had plenty of fun things to do for the children and teens. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for the perfect getaway for their large group.

Great holiday get together

This is the second time we stayed at the house. We have grandchildren that range in age from 3 months to 20. This home is spacious and has so many fun play areas for the children. My grandchildren love this house. We would stay here again. The manager is fantastic to work with.

Wonderful for a family gathering!

We rented this house to have our immediate family gather for our wedding. It was exactly what we imagined and the kids and adults fully enjoyed the experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our time together from sunrise to sunset. We can’t wait to bring everyone back together in the future.

Perfect large family gathering place

Such a great reunion! We had many families here together for 7 days this summer over rasberry days; couldn't have gone better. It's bigger than it looks all around. It is upgraded, quality, and well-laid out to gather and also have alone spaces. Plenty for all ages to do here and we loved the area. The inside slides are smaller- the kids loved them and used them all day. The kitchen had enough appliances to manage our large group. The garage was huge. I loved that there were toys and lake stuff to borrow. The manager was very helpful, thanks for a wonderful successful reunion- it wilol be a life long memory!

Family Gatherings

We really enjoyed the extras this house has to offer. My sister and I had all our children and grandchildren gathered together. We had a great time playing in the playroom and going up and down the inside slides. This home has lots of room to spread out. As well as great places to gather as a whole group. Property manager is easy to contact and quick to respond to questions or concerns we had.
