The Space:

Looking for an affordable townhome rental at a Luxury resort? The Sandbar Townhome #41 at Legacy Beach Resort is exactly what you need. This townhome is located right along the Garden City bike and walking path. Ride your bike or take a quick stroll into the downtown area of Garden City. You’re a 5 minute walk to the Garden City Park or a 10 minute walk to the Garden City Pond which is a great place for kids to fish. There is a kids splash pad and outdoor pickle ball court located near by or just walk across the street to the Legacy Beach clubhouse which includes access to a swimming pool (seasonal), year-round hot tub, and a 24-hour gym.



During the winter months bundle up and head to the Beaver Mountain ski resort located just 15 minutes from town. Along with endless hills and trails for snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. No matter the season there is always something to do and enjoy here in Bear Lake!

Bear Lake in July

The property is nice and centrally located. Good for a family get together. We liked that it was right next to the pool and there was a pickleball court that was close.

Busy street - Overall Nice Home

From the listing it makes it sound like it is in the actual gated property of Legacy Beach. The frustrating part was once we got the address it was across the main street in Garden City. If you want to access the clubhouse you had to cross the street each time with no crosswalk nearby. The beach was less desirable at Legacy Beach (lots of big bugs and not much of a beach). The house itself was nice. Plenty of space to hang out and play games. The garage was to small to park our small SUV in, so it had to sit in the elements which was annoying but not a major factor in the property. Overall this was a good home to stay in. Not sure we would stay again unless the city can help Legacy Resort figure out a solution on the busy street and access to the amenities.
