Lakeside Haven, a cozy and relaxing home that sleeps 24 with pool/hottub access!

Unwind in Garden City at this adorable cabin. With 6 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 5 queen beds, and 2 twin beds, this cozy retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of 4 bathrooms with amenities like a bathtub and hair dryer. Relax in the living room with a comfy futon for extra sleeping space.With this centrally located home, you get a breathtaking view of the lake and amazing access to all Bear Lake has to offer. Our home offers gaming devices, infinity gaming table, pickleball rackets, access to the community pool, hot tub, and clubhouse (pool is closed from September to May). We have a private Hot tub on the back patio! Enjoy being within walking distance to the local grocery store, marina, and restaurants. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Garden City.

The Space:
Our stunning three-story Bear Lake dream home is perfect for family get-togethers or larger group gatherings. Conveniently situated right next to the marina, it boasts sleeping accommodations for 24 guests. Enjoy being close to the many restaurants, stores, boutiques, and coffee shops that Garden City has to offer.

Inside, you'll find hardwood floors, plush carpet, knotty pine board and batten, and granite countertops. The six bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms provide plenty of space to relax and unwind. The home features:

A fully equipped kitchen with an adjacent dining area and kerig coffee machine
Large family dining table seating up to 12
Backyard fire pit with chairs and picnic table
A small basement kitchenette
A main floor laundry room
A main floor living area with large Tv
A basement family area with foosball table and infinity table - over 60 board games included. Also large tv included.
WiFi internet access
4 pickleball paddles
Sand toys
Playpen for infants
Upstairs area with old fashion gaming unit.
The patio includes a gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining amidst the mature trees surrounding this lakeside gem.
Shampoo and conditioner dispensers
A hot tub on the back patio!!

**Pool & Clubhouse are open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day and closed from September to May.**
**Please note: As there are no sidewalks in this community, all parking must be in the garage or driveway (7 total spots). No street parking allowed.**

Community Amenities:
Guests have access to the community clubhouse, which includes a seasonal swimming pool (open Memorial Day - Labor Day), billiards, connect4, and a playground. Enjoy a quiet day at the pool or warm up in the hot tub after a day on the lake or surrounding trails. Explore nearby ATV trails in the summer and winter on a 4-wheeler, UTV, or snowmobile.

This home was so beautiful and spacious and perfectly located for our family's needs. It had everything we needed, and it was so great highly recommend.If you have a large group or even a moderately sized one, there's plenty of room.
