"Shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles was empty. Bed a lot noises and you even putting the knee can feel the springs. Shower curtain dirty or w black spot. Bed sheets with old blood stains visible on the top. Room needs upgrade."

"I was in Ames, Iowa for a family emergency. I needed sleep and asked Sandy at check in if she could get me a quiet room. Boy, did she ever. I didn’t hear a peep on the third floor my entire stay.. Even with a ISU football game one weekend. I ended up extending my stay twice and was seamlessly kept ..."
