Well-equipped unit, clean, comfortable. The host provided a video guide to finding the parking and the unit in the condo development, and it was truly helpful. The location was not as described. At the time of our booking, the VRBO listing stated "Anaheim Convention Center - 18 min walk - 1.6 km," and the VRBO map blue area dot was located between Harbor, Katella, Euclid & Garden Grove streets, directly south of the convention center. The actual location is 4.35 km (2.7 miles) from the convention center. We had selected this unit based on location, as we were attending a convention, so this was a disappointment.

We recently stayed at this property and there were definitely some pros and cons.Pros:The biggest highlight is the location. It’s extremely close to Angel Stadium, which made it incredibly convenient for attending a game. If proximity to the stadium is your top priority, this spot is hard to beat.Cons:Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard when we arrived. The toilet also broke during our stay, which was a major inconvenience. The building’s common areas had a strong smell of marijuana, which made it feel less comfortable overall.The WiFi was also an issue. Although it did have a password, the connection was weak and the network security didn’t feel very secure, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it.Overall, the location is the main advantage, but there are several maintenance, cleanliness, and comfort issues that need attention to make this a more reliable and enjoyable stay.

Unit needs updating

This unit needs updating, carpets need cleaning and walls are very marked. It is not luxury. It is also not 5 min from Disney and the convention center, as described. Victor was responsive as a host to our challenges checking in. We were grateful for his help.

Short hop to conference center!

If you are looking for an alternative to a hotel room for attending a conference this is a nice place to land. It's a short ride from the convention center and gives a nice break to the pace of a busy schedule. The apartment is light and airy with comfortable beds and living space. The complex is quiet and secure.

Great place and area

We loved our stay. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen except measuring cups/spoons, which they said they would get ASAP. The washer/dryer worked well. The location was very convenient and easy to get to and easy to get to other areas. Would suggest this place to anyone

The property was great and a great fit for me and my adult family! It was clean and tidy, as described and matched the pictures in the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Victor was responsive to all questions we had very timely.
