Ville a Garden Grove

“Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location is convenient to Disneyland and the stores nearby. The property was well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was perfectly heated and clean. The host is very responsive and attentive to requests. All in all it’s a 5 star property to stay at in Anaheim.”

“Perfect stay, fast check-in, great communication! Thank you once again. ”

“We had a great stay”

“We loved the location but there were 2 issues. One, note there is a unit above this one and you hear every step and luggage wheel on your head. We’d rent the unit above next time. Two, this unit has 2 ceiling fans and we called on them the first day as 1 didn’t work in the bedroom and the other in the living room had a loud sound on every rotation. It took almost 24 hours after contacting the management company to have them looked at for anyone to show up. I even texted to see if someone was...

“Amazing. We were pleasantly surprised. Perfect views, clean place, well kept. We walked to dinner every night after the day at the beach. We will be back.”

“We have stayed in this unit 4 times since 2019 (under a different owner). We love the location, ease of parking, views (some of the best in Laguna). The new management company has not updated any of the emergency numbers in the unit (suggest they do that soon) The day we were to check in we received notification that there was no gas in the unit. We decided to stay without the gas (so many restaurants near by there), the management company made arrangements for us to shower across the...

“The accommodation experience was excellent!”

“The location is the biggest advantage of this property. It’s within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping, making it very convenient. That said, it’s important to know that you’re not renting an entire house. The building has been divided into eight separate units that share a common outdoor area, which is featured in many of the listing photos. Unfortunately, that wasn’t obvious to us when we booked. Our unit overlooked the common area, so there was a fair amount of noise...

“Beautiful home. Very easy to communicate with the host. We enjoyed our stay there.”

“Even the pictures do not do this property justice. The cleanliness. The interior design. The ocean view is breathtaking. When I showed up the manager of the property upgraded me for free to the 2 bedroom unit. I could not recommend this enough. ”
