“Toilet was not working properly and room furnishings were adequate but strangely arranged and made little sense. Room was Not appealing at all”

“The room was clean and the temperature was easy to control. Blackout curtains helped us sleep. The staff was so helpful and checking in and out was a breeze--under 5 minutes. The pool was closed for renovations, but it wasn't a big deal for us. There is plenty of free parking and the buffet breakfast had a variety of good food. ”

“I checked in late at night after a long day of travel, hoping for a comfortable and restful stay. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned unpleasant. When I woke up in the morning, I discovered ants all over both of the full beds. It was extremely unsettling and clearly indicated a lack of proper cleanliness and maintenance. “the AC wasn’t working in our room - we were moved to a room with a working AC but the fridge wasn’t working in the new room and the carpet had sticky areas - at this point it was 10pm and my kids were sleeping so smdidnt want to move again - the “heated” pool was freezing - disappointed by amenities- but the staff was nice at least ”

“I stayed in early April. Check-in was easy. Staff was polite and checkout was easy. I didn't have the continental breakfast. The location was great. We loved being able to just walk over the bridge to New Hope and the view was nice from our room. The only downside was that the heat came on and shut off automatically. The system was very loud and hindered our sleep. Otherwise it was a nice stay. ”
