“This is the third time of our family vacation.we always get several rooms for our family trip. As a premium member staff extended our check out time to 12 pm. But they did not transfer it to thr morning staffs . Ending up rushing ourselves. We love roof top swimming pool.there but one guy was not attentive. Did not check out guests' swimming cap.
