“Solita garanzia, super come sempre il fatto di poter utilizzare l'ingresso gratuito alla palestra che dista 500 metri (palestra enorme accessoriata con piscina vasca idromassaggio e sauna). Unico neo la colazione non è gratuita”

“They will ignore your accommodation requests (I asked to be placed in a room away from the freeway) and literally do the exact opposite of what you asked, then ignore all your future requests. ”

“Call before you book online. Make sure someone picks up to accept/confirm your future reservation. They allowed me to book at 11pm online, nobody answered their phone, when i called next morning they said my 3day reservation was canceled, and i got charged for a whole days stay for 1 hour. Because their manager said they cancel at 12am cause I was a no show. Expedia nor the hotel gave me a refund. Take caution when booking last minute. ”
