“This was the worst 'hotel' experience we have ever had. This was the only place with vacancies since we were coming to watch a triathlon in nearby Augusta and everywhere else was filled. Just to double check our confirmation, I called on our way and the person at the desk was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. “My room was adjacent to the highway and so noisy that sleep was challenging. Overall a very nice property, but the trucks rumbling by was disruptive. Please consider noise-proofing the rooms…better quality windows with additional insulation would be a huge improvement. Also, no breakfast served in the dining room…no decaf coffee at the limited coffee bar.”

“The place was nice once we found it . Directions weren't the best and all the locals we asked had never heard of it . Place was clean and room was big. The only negative was the people across the hall were fighting most of the night and was very loud with swearing and banging. Once they calmed down it was ok.
