"Was in town for a graduation, sold out hotel. Rates were high due to shortage of rooms in the area I assume. Room never got cleaned after first night of a two night stay. We did let manager know upon check out and she did apologize."

"Upon arrival 4:10pm my rooms were not ready for check in. We were given the keys but when we got to the room they were still being cleaned.
