We did have something that nearly never happens where housekeeping missed a room and front desk marked it as clean. That should not happen again. When you told us what happened we were horrified so we upgraded you to a premium room and even refunded you 65.12. That typically isn't something we can even do through a third party reservation, but we were able to make a special exception specifically for you. We hope that you choose to stay with us again in the future.

Thankfully the owner has been really investing back into the property. We have brand new linens, new washing machines, The spa and sauna are nearly fully repaired, we have repaired the sign out front, we are working on replacing all the mattresses and furniture, we have new coffee machines in the rooms and the breakfast room, and much more is coming.

We regret that the spa was not advertised as "out of service" on bookings website. He have been working with them to resolve this but there is work still to do on their end. Thank you for brining to our attention the concerns and perspective you shared about the difficulty some may have with the slanted entry way. That's an insight we would like to look into. And I'm with you, we should petition our local restaurants to stay open later into the evening. There are a couple places that stay open later but it would be nice to have more options after 8pm.
